その後車で田舎道を走ると景色の全てがとんでもなくシャープに見える。空も雲も森も山も全てが鮮やか。見慣れた風景が一変して見えた。きっと風が全てのほこりを吹き払ったのかもしれない。

　その夜の空も久しぶりに満点の星空だった。すてたもんじゃないですね、ここも。

　中国へのアウトソーシングといえば生産部門がほとんどだと思われていましたが、ニッセンが推し進めたのは人事、会計、総務といったような事務部門にまで及ぶものでした。
　日本語という難しい言語の壁によって守られていた事務部門が中国で日本語を学ぶ若いパワーによって崩され始めているようです。ものすごいスピードでキーボードから打ち込まれているのは日本語です。全員がブラインドタッチです。ニッセンに集められた手書きの情報を電子データ化しているのです。この時点で間違いなく同じ仕事をしていた日本人の派遣社員やパートさん、さらに社員は不要になるでしょう。

　こうした全ての分野におけるアウトソ−シングの果てに何が残るのでしょう？

多分もう気づいているかもしれませんね。
そうです。クリエイトする力、そして表現する力しか無さそうなのです。しかし、それすら安泰という訳ではないでしょう。

　個人に対して、その能力をどこまでも企業が青天井に要求していった先にあるものは究極の「ディバイド（格差）」しかありません。

「君はもう必要とされていない」と何時言われるか分からない日が刻々と近づいているとしたら、それって戦争よりも恐ろしいものになるかもしれない。

 Eternally，opportunity arises for us each moment, a ‘Y’ in our path where we may choose：what principles will I live by？
Which direction will I go？

 One　such ‘Y’ distinct in history, was the Greek realization to democracy. The objective of the best，and democratic government，educates its citizens to be free of government.　Each person matures from government without, to government within．The definition of becoming an adult citizen.

 America, from inception,  was the world’s　opportunity to reawaken the dream of democracy. Unfortunately it has chosen the road to Rome: Empire，leading to degradation．

 American sociologist, C.Wright Millls insists, “In a democracy the prime task of education should be political．” ”…to make citizens more knowledgeable..．able to think and make informed judgements about public affairs."　 Somewhere at a ‘Y’ in America’s past　”…the function of education shifted from the political to the economic．”

 The potential ‘expansion’ of government to ‘all’ of its　citizens through education and empowerment, has deviated to a centralized government，expanding in its ulterior agendas−not a civil ideal of democracy．

 Economic and technological structures developed in the 17th century, have become the singular rule by which we plot our world today.  Science and manufacture have risen to heights more worthy than humans or Gods.  （see national and global budget priorities.)

 Thus, the “necessary” division of science and religion today is to seperate the functional−man from his soul； and, to give “rational” explanation for being at odds with oneself．　In this way we can pander to the spiritual, while taking advantage of the laboring, consuming man.

 Ultimately, however, all of existence consists of inseperable elements; and, as true religion is, the democratic Greeks once saw：in the most divine and human society，each person must embody their highest principles.
